What counts as a study set? One upload or topic turned into a quiz, flashcards and notes. Studying it again — quizzes, reviews, the Tower — never counts.
Questions
Is everything really free?+
Yes. Every study mode, the Tower, the Memory Engine and your reviews are free for good. Free accounts can make 5 new AI study sets a day; Pro raises that to 50.
What happens to my study sets if I cancel?+
They stay yours. You can keep studying all of them — only the daily limit for making new ones goes back to Free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from Profile → Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes, when something went wrong: a purchase you didn't mean to make, a double charge, or a problem on our side. Every new account can try Pro free for a week first, so we don't refund Pro once it's been used. See our Refund Policy.
How can I pay?+
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your country. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, so we never see your card details.
Why is the price shown in my currency?+
Prices are shown in your local currency, including any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, so what you see is what you pay.
